Samm is a former competitive gymnast with a love for all things fitness and movement. Samm is a supporter of any and all movement. She loves training hard in the gym but more then anything she wants to help people to make movement a part of their everyday life. Whether it’s hiking, wakeboarding, surfing, running, boxing, yoga, etc. she loves to show people that taking care of yourself can and should be fun! She will make any workout a good time and inspire you to get outside and be active!
